• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be fully cancelled.
• Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for materials and production costs.
• A $5 design fee applies to cancelled custom or personalized orders.
