For minor issues such as small loose threads or light marks, we may offer a partial refund or 10% store credit toward a future purchase.

• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be fully canceled.
• Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Custom or personalized orders canceled after 24 hours also incur a $5 design fee.
